Photo Gallery 2B –– Swangkee Hail-proof, Rot-proof Roof

The above
Photo shows the Roof of our Rock House before we
Waterproofed it and Covered it with 150 Tons of Rocks.
The Rock Ceiling is more than a foot thick, which is
Covered with 400
Tons of Dirt,
which is Covered with Insulation that is rolled up Inside of Heavy Rubber.

This
Photo shows most of a 150-feet-long Wooden Ramp that we
used in order to

This
Photo shows Lupe (Lq-paa) with the Whip, driving the “Slaves” up the
Ramp with a
Wheelbarrow full of Sand. Notice the Rope that is
used in order to Pull
the Wheelbarrow. We used this same
Method in order to move large Rocks, many of which weighed more than 500 pounds, and one of which weighed more than 1000 pounds, which was too large to even use; and therefore, we had to Dump it Off of the Roof, and put it under the Western Wall for a Foundation Stone.

This
Photo shows a Portion of the Roof that is covered with
Insulation that is one foot thick, and rolled up in Heavy Rubber, like Tire Tubes.
The Joints are Sealed between the Unrolled Rolls of Rubber, which were 20 feet wide and 60 feet long.

We set
up Metal Tables and Forms in order to make these
Concrete Blocks or Pavers, which are 2 feet square and 2 inches thick.
Moreover, we used 700 such Blocks in order to Cover the Rubber on the Roof.

This Photo shows a Swangkee Rock
Transporter,
which is Designed to Transport 4 of those Blocks at one Time.
The Blocks lie Flat on the Transporter, and therefore the Blocks are not
Stressed as they are Moved up the Ramp. However, such a
Tool Requires at least 2 People to handle it. This Tool Cost $500,
being Custom made according to my Plan. We also use it to Transport
Granite Mulching Rocks in the Garden.

This Photo shows a Portion of the Roof
that is already
Covered with Rubber and Pavers. The Rough Rocks are put on Top of the Pavers.
This was a Wintertime Project, which stretched into the Springtime.
It Required 7 of us 3 Months in order to Finish this Project, alone.
It Cost $10,000 or more; but, it is Good for Centuries to come, except for that Rubber, which may have to be Replaced every 30 to 50 Years, Depending on the Acid Rains, Sunlight, etc.

This Photo shows most of the Roof after it
was Covered with Insulation.
The Chimneys are more than 20 feet Tall from their Foundations.
They provide Exceptionally Good Draft for the Fireplaces.
There are also 6 Vents that are 10 feet Tall, coming Up from the 120-ton Rock Ceiling.
