Perhaps you Think of Local Bankers as Innocent Citizens, and for the most part you would be Right: because most of them are at the Bottom of the Chain of Bankers (which Chain is like one BIG Horizontal Chain of Bankers with many Smaller Vertical Banking Links Attached to each of the Major Links of the Big Chain, being like a Curtain of Chain Links, which Blinds the Eyes of everyone who Attempts to Look through it, since all of the Links are Shaking in the Wind, you might say), who Rely on those Bankers who are ABOVE them on the Chain, from whom they also BORROW more and more Money for a certain Amount of Interest on the Loans: because Local Bankers are the most Innocent of all such so-called “Criminals,” who seldom get Rich — at least not Rich Enough in Order to be Classified as “the Rich and Famous,” even though certain Bankers are so Filthy Rich that they do not even know exactly how much Money that they have! However, to some Degree, all Bankers are ROBBERS, According to the Bible, as I will shortly Prove by Means of Reason and Logic. Therefore, Try to Concentrate your Thoughts on what I have to Reveal, even if you have Great Sympathy for those Poor Indebted Bankers, who also Fell into the Banker’s seemingly Bottomless Pit: because it is Possible to READ OVER and even MISS the Message, even as many People have already done with other Peacock Literature, unto their own Shame and Unenlightenment. After all, he or she who does not Read Books has no Real Advantage over him or her who cannot Read anything. In Fact, I Recommend that you read certain Sentences at least TWICE, just to make SURE that you get the Message: because there could hardly be a more Important Subject concerning the Future Welfare of any State, than the Subject of Banking and Bank Robbery — even as BORING as this Subject might seem to be to the Sexually-Overstimulated Minds, which Require something Sexually-Orientated, or at least Spiritually-Orientated, in Order to keep their Attention: because the Production and Management of Money, itself, is of no Great Interest to them — much less any Information that might Explain to them HOW that we can ALL become Moderately RICH — because their Minds are Swallowed up with DEEP Spiritual or Sexual Thoughts, as in the Case of those Poor People who are GLUED to the Sitcoms and Soap Operas on TV, who can barely wait for the next Comic/Romantic Episode of Self-delusion! Just Think, if you put on a Mask, and get yourself a Pistol, in Order to Enter into and Rob a Bank, they will Promptly Summon the Local Police, and have you Viciously Arrested as a DANGEROUS CRIMINAL: because you are a “Bank Robber,” like Bonnie and Clyde.[1] However, being an Innocent Citizen of a very "Prosperous Country," which is now TRILLIONS of Dollars in Debt to Friendly Bankers, you do not Need to Rob Banks by Means of a Mask and a Pistol, if you just put on your Three-piece Suit and Necktie, and Boldly Enter into that same Bank, in Order to BORROW Enough Money in Order to Use that Money “WISELY” in Order to Build or Buy an Average American FIRETRAP Mouse-infested Cockroach Den, called a “House,” which is GUARANTEED to ROT DOWN, Burn up, BLOW AWAY, get Eaten up by Termites, FLOODED with Water and Mud, Shaken down in an Earthquake, Collapsed in an Ice Storm, or Slid Away in a Mudslide! No, you do not Need Pistols in Order to ROB YOURSELVES, O People of America! — because you / ye have already done it, Legally, by BORROWING Money from those Friendly Bankers, who have Gladly Loaned to you / thee the Necessary Money in Order to Build those almost Worthless Firetrap Houses, which contain such Abominations as Tumor-causing Fiberglass Insulation, Cancer-causing Formaldehyde-saturated Pressed-particle Boards and Plywood, Vermin-filled Filthy Carpets, and Plastic Trash-dump Furniture; and they have also “GLADLY and Possibly REGRETTABLY” ROBBED YOU and everyone else for as much as 18 to 24 TRILLION Dollars ($18,000,000,000,000 TO $24,000,000,000,000) for INTEREST on their Loans, which is WHY they could "Afford" to Build those HUGE Skyscrapers within Cities of Confusion, Worldwide, so as to Produce more and more Usury Slaves! And it is NOT called “BANK ROBBERY”; but, it might as well be: because it is certainly Robbing YOUR Personal Bank Account, O Interest Slave, along with TENS of MILLIONS of others, while also Threatening your Future Peace of Mind — not to mention the Bad Effects that it will have on the Remainder of us Tax Slaves, who might even be Willing to go to WAR Against such an Evil Capitalist Empire — and especially when we Discover that no such Bank Robbery was ever Needed! Indeed, a RIGHTEOUS Government, like Jesus Christ and Moses would Govern, would not Allow any such Bank Robbers to EXIST: because they are First Class CRIMINALS of the Highest Order, whom Jesus would Drive Away with a WHIP! In Fact, as an Individual Poor Person, who just Happens to Wander into some Bank, in Order to Borrow Enough Money in Order to Use that Money FOOLISHLY, in Order to Build just ONE of those Average American Firetrap Wooden/Plastic Houses, you will get Robbed for as much as 300 to 400 THOUSAND Dollars in your Lifetime — not to mention how much other Money that such Bankers will Rob you of for their Loans to Buy Cars, Appliances, Furniture, Toys, and other Junk, which is Designed to end up in the Trash Dump and Junkyard!! Now, that would not be so Bad, if there were no other Way to have a more Equitable, BIBLICAL, Saintly System of Economic Progress. Indeed, there is such a thing as a RIGHTEOUS Banking System, which does not Profit so much from Loans: because it has no Need for TRILLIONS of Dollars Worth of Profit: because it is Owned and Operated by the PEOPLE who Vote for it, just like any Farmer’s Co-operative, who simply VOLUNTEER to press the Right Numbers on their Computer Keyboards, which might Require 2 or 3 Minutes at most, per Person, if the Computers were not Warmed up; or perhaps 20 or 30 Seconds, if the Computers were Warmed up. Indeed, there would be a simple Form to fill out with Name, Address, and Telephone Number, plus the Amount of the Loan — that is, IF we did not Elect a New RIGHTEOUS One-World GovernMint, which would simply Mint and Print the Necessary New Money in Order to Use that Money WISELY, in Order to HIRE whomever is Willing and Able to Learn and Work, in Order to Do all Kinds of Good Works — such as the Building of Beautiful Planned City States, called: Swangkee Hotels, Castles, and Fortresses, which have more than 248 Good Reasons and Great Advantages for Building them and Living within the Borders of them, as I have Proven within my Multitude of Inspired Books. In Fact, there never was any Good Reason to have Interest Slavery of any Kind, as we have Today: because we could have always had a Righteous One-World GovernMint, which would have Minted and Printed whatever Money was Needed, in Order to Do Good Works, and those Good Works would have Represented that New Money, which would have made it the very Best Hard-earned Money in the World, without any Loans, without any Interest, and without any Taxes! Therefore, your New so-called ‘Righteous’ One-World Government is simply a FARCE: because it will not Work Right, since it will Produce X-amount of Careless Lazy SLOTHS.” †‡[2] Well, O X-Communist, the Reason that Communism FAILED, is because the Communists did not DO what I have Proposed to DO, which is to Hire People with Good $wangkee Wages in Order to Build their OWN Beautiful Planned City States, called: Swangkee Hotels, Castles, and Fortresses, which are DESIGNED in Order to Eliminate Poverty, Crime, Taxes, Interest, and all of the Evils of the Evil Capitalist Empire! In Fact, if the Russians and Chinese had Actually Done what I Propose, they would all be Moderately Rich by now; but, instead, they Wasted their Money, Time, Energy, and Materials on FOOLISHNESS — such as the Building of Abominable Nuclear Power Plants, Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Systems (ICBMS), Expensive Atomic Submarines, and all such Nonsense, which did not Profit anyone, except BANKERS, Tax Masters, and a few Temporary Workers, who are now Unemployed, many of whom have Joined Gangs of Outlaws, which might help to Explain HOW that the Crime Rate in Russia went up by some 2,000% since the Collapse of Russian Communism! Indeed, Capitalism did another Dirty Deed, and Produced X-amount of New Criminals in Russia, which makes Russian Lawyers very HAPPY: beCause they are now Imitating American Lawyers, who Collect a LOT of Money for doing almost nothing![3] Moreover, all such Abominations as those Atomic-powered Submarines are now OBSOLETE, Valueless, and Despised by those People who Understand that they were simply a WASTE of Time, Money, Materials, and Energy to begin with. Therefore, like all Vain Ambitions, they were a Complete Waste! Therefore, those Ideas and Plans might have easily been Disposed of long before they were Implemented, if those People had Learned the TRUTH about those Beautiful Planned City States, unto the Benefit of the Tax Slaves who Supported all such Worthless Enterprises. However, Hindsight is a lot more Accurate than Foresight, and especially when you are Blinded by Pride and Foolishness, like most Americans, who have their Heads STUCK in the Stinking Sewage Pipe that comes out of the Little White BACKHOUSE in Washington, District of Criminals, who Eat their Flattering Lies and Empty Promises as if they were Delicacies! Moreover, as for the Communist Chinese, they "Jumped Out of the Frying Pan into the Fire," as the Old Saying goes: beCause they Forsook the Righteousness of Commonism, which was Practiced by the Apostles of Jesus Christ (see Acts 4—5), for the Wickedness of Capitalism, which Produces a few Greatly Deceived Rich People, while Producing Multitudes of Poor Ignorant People, even in China, which now has hundreds of millions of Tiny Potential Earthquake-disastrous Apartment Houses, which have no Gardens and no Way that those People can even Feed themselves, if they Lose their Boring Jobs: beCause of the Great American False Economy CRASHING! Therefore, when that False Economy does Crash, those Chinese Peasants will be in DOUBLE Trouble: beCause of having no Way to even Feed themselves! Therefore, they will CURSE Americans and Capitalism in the End.

Now, I Hear someone, who is like an Innocent Sheep of the Good Shepherd, bleat: “O Peacock, are you saying that a Righteous GovernMint would be the same as a Righteous Father, who has an Unlimited Amount of Good Money — such as Silver and Gold Coins — which he Uses Wisely in order to HIRE his own Children, According to a List of $wangkee Wages, in Order for them to Build all Kinds of Beautiful Planned City States for themselves? Are you saying that he (the Fatherly Government) would simply Oversee his Children’s Work, in Order to make Sure that they are Actually Doing a Good Job, According to their own Approved of Plans and Ideas; and therefore, those Children would LOVE their Fatherly Government so much that they would GLADLY Support that Government with whatever Small Amount of Tithe Money that it might Require in Order for that Good Government to Hire a LIMITED Number of Employees, in Order for them to keep Track of whatever Money is Used, and what it was Used for? Are you saying that there might be some Way in Order to REDUCE or even ELIMINATE TAXES, INTEREST on LOANS, and all that is Associated with the EVIL Empire, which I ABHOR???” Yes, O Sheep, I am saying that it is Possible and most Practical for us Tax Slaves and Interest Slaves to Elect a New RIGHTEOUS One-World GovernMint, which has LIMITED Powers; but, it has NO Limit concerning the Amount of Money that it can Mint or Print in Order to HIRE all of the People within this World of Wonders, in Order to Do GOOD Works — such as the Building of Swangkee Hotels, Castles, and Fortresses, which will Solve more than 248 Massive Problems, Worldwide! Now, I Hear someone, who is like a Church Mouse, who Hides in the Closet, squeak: “O Peacock, are we not Supposed to Pay Taxes to our Government, even if that Government is Wicked??[4] Indeed, did not Jesus say, ‘Render unto Caesar that which is Caesar’s; and Render unto God that which is God’s,’ as it is written in Matthew 22:21, which leaves no Space for Doubt? Therefore, there is nothing WRong with Taxes, even if the Tax Masters Require three quarters of our Income: beCause it is God's Way of making us more Humble, which is also WHY he Loves those Bloody Wars. Otherwise, he would Establish his own Righteous One-World GovernMint, and Cause all Wars to Cease. Moreover, Jesus said that a certain Man should have at least put his Money into the Bank, in Order to Collect a certain Amount of Interest from the Banker. See Luke 19. Therefore, Jesus Sanctioned or Authorized the very Banking System that you Condemn, O Peabrain Peacock!” †‡§§ Well, O Church Mouse, when our Forefathers Established the Constitution for the United States of America, as the “Supreme Law of the Land,” they were each Paying a Grand Total of $20 per Year for TAXES! But, now the Average American Pays more than $10,000 per Year, and we are still more than 20 TRILLION Dollars in DEBT to those Greedy Bankers! Indeed, we now have about 57 Trillion Dollars Worth of Federal Debts and Financial Obligations, plus State Debts, County Debts, City Debts, Business Debts, Personal Debts to Bankers, and Private Debts to other People, which equals BANKRUPTCY in plain English! Nevertheless, the Financial Parade of The Great False Economy will no doubt go on and on, until at Last it will come to a SUDDEN End: because the Great FALSE Economy will simply CRASH! “And Great shall be the Fall thereof,” as it is Revealed within the Book of Revelation, which Prophesies concerning these Days, when the Mother (that is, the Producer or Propagator) of Harlots (or Prostitutes) and Abominations — which are things that Pollute and Destroy the Earth, including the Destruction of the People, the Plants, the Animals, the Topsoil, the Water, the Air, and every Aspect of it — will be brought to a Sudden and CALAMITOUS END. Yes, it also includes the End of the Capitalist Banking System as we know it: because it is a very EVIL Institution, being far more Corrupt than it was some 2,000 Years ago, when Zacchaeus [pronounced zak-KEE-us] said, “Behold, Lord, the half of my Goods I give to the Poor: because I already have far more than I Need; and if I have taken any thing from any Man by a False Accusation, I Restore it to him fourfold. Moreover, I Pay all of my Hired Servants more Wages than any Man in this City.” Nevertheless, let us Study the entire Account that is given in Luke 19: because it is Relevant to this Booklet and Bank Robbery. And Jesus entered into and passed through Jericho; and behold, there was a Man there Named Zacchaeus [pronounced za-KEE-us], who was the Chief among the Publicans [alias the Republicans]; and he was a very Rich Man: because he was in the Banking Business, as well as into other Businesses; and therefore, he Loaned Money to the Poor People for a certain Amount of Interest or Usury, whereby he Gained his great Wealth. And he sought to See Jesus, and to Know for himself who he was: because he had Heard much about the Anointed Savior and his Strange Teachings, which bothered Zacchaeus’ Conscience; but, he could not See him: because of the Pressing Multitude that Surrounded Jesus (and is still Spiritually Surrounding him and Pressing their Way toward him): because Zacchaeus was small in Stature. However, being a little Man with much Wit and Wisdom, which made up for any Lack of Muscles and long Bones, he Reasoned within himself what he must Do in Order to See Yoshua Messiah. Therefore, he ran ahead of the Crowd, and climbed up into a Sycamore Tree in Order to get a Better View of him: because Zacchaeus could see that he was passing that Way. And when Jesus came to the Place, he looked up and saw him in the Tree, and said to him: “Zacchaeus, make haste, and come down: because I must stay at your House, Today.” And therefore, he made haste, and came down, and Received him Joyfully, and led the Way to his own House. And when the Masses of People saw it, they all Murmured, saying, “Jesus has gone to be the Guest of a Man that we Know is a Sinner, who has spent his entire Life Robbing us by Means of Usury, which Moses Forbid us to do.”[5] And Zacchaeus Heard it and Stood his Ground, and said to the Lord Jesus: “Behold, O Ruler, the half of my Goods I give to the Poor People; and if I have taken any thing from any Man by a False Accusation, I Restore it unto him fourfold.” And Jesus said to the Men who Stood by him, “This day has Salvation come to this Household, for insomuch as he is also a Son of Abraham — though being an Edomite, and not an Israelite — he shall also be Blest: because he has not Rejected my Words of Truth. For the Son of a Man has come to Seek and to Save that which is Lost, and to Restore the Truth to the People of the World. Therefore, Listen Intently to what I have to say: because I am indeed your True Ruler, who was Born for that Purpose. Therefore, I must Explain a few Important Things to you. According to our History, Moses brought the Children of Israel out of Egypt with a Strong and Mighty Hand, and with Long Arms of Mercy and Compassion: because he Loved them; and he Commanded them to Do what is Right for one another, and not Charge any Usury for any Loans, even as it is written; but behold, it was not long after that when the Sons of Esau Joined the Israelites, and brought along with them the Evil Custom of Charging Usury: because they were Witty People concerning all such Subjects as Money, even as this Zacchaeus is also very Witty in his Business Dealings, who has also become Rich at the Expense of others by Charging Interest on Loans. Therefore, in Order for him to Try to Ease his Tormented Conscience, and Gain some Peace of Mind, he has given half of his Goods to the Poor People, as he has said; and he has otherwise Tried to do Justly with all Men, According to his Conscience, which is not altogether Spoiled by False Doctrines: because he is merely Doing what he has been Taught to Do by his Forefathers, who Practiced the same Bankercraft, which comes from Ancient Times, which was also Practiced in Egypt and in Babylon: because it is a Cruel and Merciless World that we are Living in, which is Governed by Satan, himself. Indeed, a Righteous Government would not Allow such Cruel Practices as Bankercraft, Lawyercraft, and Priestcraft: because such a Good Government does what is Right for all of the People, and it Teaches to them the Truth about Money, which is Minted by Governments, which is Distributed by Bankers who Loan such Money, which is used for the Purpose of Trading Goods and Services, which makes it easy to do: because it is difficult to Trade Dates and Figs for Land, for Example: because no one wants so many Dates and Figs; but, they all want Money, which they can use According to their Desires for as little or for as much as they Want. However, when a Government Allows Bankers to Control the Government, it quickly becomes Corrupted: because Leaders can be Bought Off for a certain Price, which is called Bribery. Moreover, those Bankers Charge Interest or Usury for the Loans that they make to the General Public, for which that Government never Minted any Money in Order to cover the Cost of Usury, which is Money that is more or less Stolen from the Original General Supply of Money, which Causes Inflation or Devaluation of that Original Money: because it Requires more and more of it, in Order to Drain away the Interest Money into the Bank Accounts of those Greedy Bankers. Therefore, the Original Money will Buy less and less: because the General Money Supply is getting Flooded with New Money, which has not been Earned by Honest Labor: because it is simply Loaned to those People by those Bankers, who have access to as much Money as they Want, which they have Obtained by Means of their Wicked Government, which also Taxes the People in Order to Support itself: because it is made up of Slothful People who have not Studied the Principles of a Righteous GovernMint, which would simply Mint the Necessary New Money, in Order to Use that Money Wisely, in Order to HIRE whomever is Willing and Able to Learn and Work, in Order to Help Do all Kinds of Good Works — such as the Building of Well-made Stone Bridges and Highways — which would Represent that New Money, which could then be Used Wisely by those same Working Soldiers, in Order to Buy their own Building Materials for making their own Stone Houses, at Cost, without any Loans, without any Usury, and without any Taxes: because all of the People would be Taught to Love and Obey the Ten Commandments, which would Eliminate Taxes: because, if everyone in the World Learned, Believed, Loved, and Obeyed the Ten Commandments, how many Taxes would be Necessary? Truly, truly, I say to you, that a New Righteous One-World GovernMint would be so Loved by all of the People, that they would Gladly and Cheerfully Donate any Money that might be Needed for its Administration: because all of the People who were Willing and Able to Learn and Work would become Moderately Rich, which would make them very Happy with and Generous toward that Good Government!”

And as the Humble People Gladly Heard those Good Things, and Meditated on the Truth that Jesus Taught to them, he added more Truth, and spoke a Parable to them: because he was near to Jerusalem, where he might be Stoned to Death for Revealing too much Truth: because the Worldly-wise Leaders were not Lovers of Truth nor Divine Wisdom; and therefore, because they Vainly Imagined that the Kingdom of God should Immediately Appear: because Jesus had just given to them the Principles of a Righteous Government concerning Money, he had to give to them another Parable. Therefore he said, “A certain Nobleman went into a Far Country, in Order to Receive for himself a Kingdom, and in Order to return Home again with Great Joy. And therefore, he called his ten most Loyal Servants, and Delivered to them a total of ten Pounds of Coins — one Pound for each Man — and he said to them, ‘Occupy until I come again. Keep yourselves Busy.’ But, certain ones of his Citizens were Wicked, and therefore they Hated him without a Just Cause: because he was a Righteous Man; and therefore, they sent a Message to all of the People of their Clan, after he Departed, saying, ‘We will not have this Man to Reign Over us: because we have not Elected him in Order to Rule Over us. Indeed, he does not Allow us to take Advantage of those Poor Ignorant People who Buy our Goods and Services, even though they are Strangers among us; but, he wants to Force us to deal Justly with all People, According to his Opinion of Justice, which is not Fair to any of us: because we could all be Exceedingly Rich at the Expense of others, if we had our own Way.’

15. “And it came to pass, that when he was returned Home, having Received the Kingdom, then he Commanded those Servants to be called to him, to whom he had Given the Money, which they had not Earned by Means of their own Labors, so that he might Know how much every Man had Gained by Trading: because they were Businessmen. Then came the first, saying, ‘Lord, your Pound of Money has Gained ten Pounds: because I used it in Order to Buy Hens, who Reproduced tenfold for you.’ And he said to him, ‘Well done, you Good Servant. Therefore, because you have been Faithful with a very little, you shall have Authority Over ten Cities.’ And the second came, saying, ‘Lord, your Pound has Gained five Pounds: because I Invested it in Fig Trees, and they have Produced five times more than my Investment.’ And he said likewise to him, ‘Be you also Over five Cities.’ Likewise, all ten of them came and gave their Reports, until the Last one came with Shame, saying, ‘O Ruler, behold, here is your Pound, which I have kept laid up in a Napkin in a Secret Place: because I Feared you: because you are an Austere Man. Indeed, you take up that which you did not lay down, and you Reap that which you did not Sow.’ And his Master said to him, ‘Out of your own Mouth will I Judge you, you Wicked Servant: because you Knew that I was an Austere Man, taking up that which I laid not down, and Reaping that which I did not Sow. Wherefore then did you not at least Give my Money into the Bank, so that at the Time of my Coming I might have Required my own with Usury, since all of you Love Usury, which is Interest that is Collected on Loans?’ And the Master said to them that stood by, ‘Take from him the Pound, and Give it to him who has ten Pounds. (And they said to him, ‘Lord, he already has ten Pounds.
