Most People go Searching for the Place that they might Want to Live, by Traveling, which can be very Time-consuming and Expensive: because the Highway Robbers — the Motels, Restaurants, Gas Stations, Auto Repair Shops, and Tourist Traps — are well Prepared to get their Money. For Example, most Business Offices do not even Open until 9 A.M., which Means that nearly half of the Day is GONE by the Time that you get Started. Therefore, most People get Discouraged with all of the Expenses, and go to the Local Real Estate Officers, who can see those Buyers Coming from a Mile Away, you might say: because they have Visions of getting a whole Year’s Income with only ONE Sale, to YOU! Yes, they Sing a Real Estate Song that gets you into the Right Mood for Buying, within 5 Minutes, by Flattery — telling you what a Nice Family you have, or what a Nice Car you drive, or how Beautiful your Children are, or something: because there is always something that a Person can Use in Order to Flatter another Person. Moreover, they do a Real-Estate-Dance that puts Elvis Hip-swiveling Presley to Shame — going from one Place to another in a Real Estate Book, until they Sell some almost Worthless Property for a Small Fortune, which Property is Designed for Ignorant Fools. For Example, there is never anything Negative about any of their Deceptive Advertisements, which is simply Unrealistic. Therefore, tens of thousands of Ignorant People end up Buying some Wrong Place, which is FAR from being Ideal, which Explains WHY there are so MANY ABANDONED Places. For Example, you can take a Drive through the Countryside, and See all Kinds of HALF-Finished or PARTLY-Finished Structures — such as the Foundation for a House — if you can spot those Places through the Weeds and Briars that have grown up around them. Or, you can take a Drive through the Streets of Sin City, and See many Old, Run-down Houses, which have been Abandoned: because the Cost of Repairing them is simply NOT WORTH IT, or else someone would have probably Done it. For Example, you might Imagine that you will get a Good Deal, if you Buy some Old House, which is nearly Eaten up by the Termites, and then Fix it within a Week or 2; but, 2 Years LATER — and perhaps tens of thousands of  Dollars later, and GALLONS of Sweat and Tears later — you will Realize what a GRAVE Mistake it was: because the Old House is in Bad Need of OTHER Invisible Repairs, such as the Plumbing and Roofing. However, once you have Sunk so much Money into something like that, you cannot Back Out, lest you LOSE IT ALL! Therefore, before you even Consider such a FOOLISH Idea, you should Study this Good Book, SERIOUSLY: because you could be Setting the Stage for many YEARS of Self-inflicted Torments!
